Our regular return policy stated below will go back into effect in June 2021.

Must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date with your concerns. 

We will ask for photos of the product.  

If lace is not cut, and the product does not show signs of being worn or washed we will give you a full refund, and a discount code in case you decide to give us another try :)
